Every Abodes home member gets the benefits of our base services. The Abodes base package ensures that your home is taken care of and always up to date. This includes checking and replacing smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, furnace filters, exhaust fans, and routine maintenance on your home.

Lastly, for those bigger or unexpected events like the dreaded pipe burst or furnace malfunction, there is no need to stress! Abodes will coordinate with one of our vetted vendors to come make the repair, in a timely, professional, and often even discounted manner!

Whether you need a light bulb changed or your water heater decides to start leaking all over the basement, one phone call and our team will take care of the issue start to finish. All of our base package services and add ons are simply billed once a month so you don’t have to worry about all of the different monthly invoices that usually come with owning a home and we always bill back our vendors services at cost so there are no hidden up charges or fees!
